…Emerged Secretary Delta North, State PDP

An astute politician and public administrator in Ika South Local Government Area of Delta, Hon. John Emenim, has gained double honour from the leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party, Delta State Chapter.Hon. Emenim was appointed as the PDP Delta North Secretary General and Assistant Secretary, Delta State Chapter respectively.

He was inaugurated into office among two others in a low key ceremony held with full compliance of the Covid-19 protocols at the party Secretariat in Asaba on Wednesday, January 21, 2021.

They were charged by the State party and Delta North PDP Chairmen, Barr. Kinsley Esiso and Hon. Moses Iduh amongst other PDP cheiftains present to work in harmony in order to move the party forward.In a chat with newsmen, the political scientist pledged to abide by the party oath and also would do his best to ensure better performance and democratic practice.

Reaffirming that PDP is a large family, the new PDP Delta North Secretary General encouraged all faithful to hold strong and also galvanized more members, saying that the party umbrella was wide enough to accommodate more party men and women.He concluded with words of gratitude to the party leadership and the distinguished Governor of Delta State, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Okowa, assuring that he will never betray the confidence reposed on him.
