God’s Promotion

Calvary greetings to everyone in Jesus Christ Mighty Name, Amen.I want to teach on the message titled “God’s Promotion”, which I picked from the book of Psalms 61:2, “From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed : lead me to the rock that is higher than I”. What David meant in the above passage is that there is a hill that is higher than you and God now carries you to go and stand on top of the hill, it means that you are higher than the hill, so, God is telling you that He can do all things to give you more than your expectations, that is exactly what the Psalmist is telling us that God can promote men, God can raise you from low level to the highest pinnacle.

The question is, How do you get to such height? The answer is, When you serve God. He said in His word, “Serve me and I will bless you”. So many Christians don’t know that we need to serve God. Let me tell you something, take for example, yesterday’s date was 1st June 2021, most people are not aware that every First day of the month has a lot to do in their lives. First day of the month has a lot to tell in our lives.How do you acknowledge God? David, the Psalmist admonished us to acknowledge God in all our ways, Don’t forget God, Don’t look down on God.

God must be acknowledged, Commit your life unto Him, that is what Psalms 37:5 says, “Commit thy ways unto the Lord, trust also in Him, and he shall bring it to pass”. That is the greatness we are talking about. God will bring it to pass. David, the Psalmist was the one who made the above statement, David, never went to College of Education Agbor, neither did he attended any University, he was not a Professor of Theology, but God picked him from the bush, removed him from his father’s office and gave him a new office and David became a famous person, he became a graduate because he was filled with the wisdom of God. David said “Commit your ways unto the Lord, trust also in Him, your desires will be met, God will lift you up, God will give you His goodness on earth, He will abolish your struggles and give you favour.

For God to lift you and put you on top of a rock that is higher than you is a mystery. How do you climb a hill that is higher than you? It means there is abundant blessings which God wants to give to you.When you read the book of Psalms 36:8-11, says “They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house, and thou shall make them drink of the river of thy pleasures”.God has river of joy, river of testimony and river of greatness, all these are pronounced.Continuing, Verse 9, says “For with thee is the fountain of life : in thy light shall we see light”.

God is a Matches, you don’t relegate a matches, when you have a lamp it is the matches that will give the lantern a light, when you have gas it is the matches that will give the gas light (fire) that you will use in cooking.God is our Life, God is the Light of a Man, when you acknowledge Him you don’t walk in darkness, you don’t walk in trouble. He knows the best way that you will follow and will not Collapse nor fall into the pit of Satan. He relegates all the problems before you, that is what the above passage is saying.

Verse 10, says “O continue thy loving kindness unto them that know thee, and thy righteousness to the upright in heart, all your thinking, all your thoughts and imagination, you allow God to rule you, to decide for you, to direct your step, so that you will not hit you leg on evil stone.David, the Psalmist saw these things pronounced practically in his life, that is why he wrote them down for us to follow suit, believing that if God can do it for him, the same God can do it for me and can also do it for you. That is why he said ‘Acknowledge Him’, You must try and know God, Psalmist is saying unto them that knows Him, If you don’t know God you can’t get the blessings of God, He can’t give it to you.

The Man whom Bank releases loan to is the Man that operates an account with the bank, he must be a man who knows how to run his business effectively. The Bank will not just see you on the road and say come let me lend you money, it’s not possible.

Being in the Church is one step, but did you surrender your life c ompletely to Him to rule? Are you a Born Again Christian? Do you have the fear of God? Do you abstain from sin? Just as Job and Daniel? That is the bone of contention.

Christianity is not about I was born into a particular denomination or I was born in St. Stephen Trust Widows Home, No, Christianity is giving your life totally to God, which means that you have to allow God to rule you continually everyday, you seek your direction from God and also allow God to dictate for you.

God wants to dictate for man and not man dictating for himself, you will fail when you do so. That is what David, the Psalmist is saying, because God has a loving kindness to those who know Him and not to those who do not know God.

You must know God before you starts enjoying the security of God. If you don’t know Him you can’t enjoy such immunity from God. You must know who you voted for, you must know the party you belong to, most importantly you must know that God is the winning side of everything.Let us see the book of Jeremiah 22:16, “He judged the cause of the poor and needy, then it was well with him : was not this to know me? Saith the Lord”.

Knowing the poor and the needy, that is when you know how to judge the cause of the poor, God said ‘Then it was well with him, was not this to know me? When you practice good thing towards your neighbour, towards the poor and the needy it means you know God, that is what the above passage is saying and that is why he said when you know God, you will start doing good in the life of your neighbour and not oppressing them, you will remove your hand from iniquity because you know God, that is what David the Psalmist is teaching us this morning.Many people don’t know God, until we know Him before things will begin to work smoothly for us.

How do you become a child of God? To become a child of God is when you are doing good, not doing evil, that is how to know God, and that is why God said that those who know Him are the people that he blessed, not those who don’t know Him. When you want to know God you will endeavour to be like David the Psalmist. David, in his time knew God so much and worshipped God with all his might, that was why God prompted him, and took him to the pinnacle, that is where God lifted him to, it was at the pinnacle that God blessed him, that is where God kept him, to confirm what God said that He will release His loving kindness to those who believe in Him.

The Fountain of the water of life is God and when you submit totally to Him, God becomes your life. I want to illustrate further on this, let’s go to the book of Isaiah 60:9-12, so that the message of today will be meaningful in your life. Isaiah 60:9, says “Surely the isles shall wait for me : and the ships of Tarshish first, to bring thy sons from far, their silver and their gold with them, unto the name of the Lord thy God, and to the Holy One of Israel, because he hath glorified thee”.

When you serve God diligently He will glorify you. He magnified Solomon, He magnified Joshua, before the Children of Israel. Why? Because they kept the ordinances of God, they kept God’s way. Hence, if you want to enjoy God, you must learn how to keep His Commandments so that you will enjoy His goodness. Continuing, Isaiah 60:10, says “And the sons of strangers shall build up thy walls, and their king’s shall minister unto thee : for in my wrath I smote thee, but in my favour have I had mercy on thee”.

Verse 11, says “Therefore thy gates shall be open continually, they shall not be shut day or night, that men may bring unto thee the forces of the Gentiles, and that their kings may be brought”. The above passage is saying that when you serve God, that Fountain of water or that river of water means blessing, You will see that God will open the door of blessings for all of us, not struggle but to receive Favour from God.I urge everyone to serve God. Isaiah 60:12, says “For the nation and kingdom that will not serve thee shall perish : yea, those nations shall be utterly wasted”.God gives power to a man, that is what God told the children of Israel, “If ye people believe in me and serve me, any nation that will not serve you will be wasted.

I have discovered that you can tap blessings from a genuine man of God. That is what the word of God is saying, So, I enjoin everyone to adhere to the above teaching and take God As their refuge, to take God as their source and to take God as their banker. Thank You.

Faith That Works

What is Faith? Faith is a key of Life. Another definition of Faith is that, Faith is a Ladder. Hebrews 11:6, says “But without Faith it is impossible to please him : For he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him”. So Faith is a Ladder, Faith is a key of Life. How do you get Faith? Faith comes from the word of God. What is the word of God? The word of God is a Spirit, that is why the Bible says ‘They that must worship God, must worship Him in Spirit and in Truth’, so without Faith, No man can please God, the maker of heaven and earth and our maker, that is why before you can have the evidence of Christianity, you must be a man and a woman of Faith.

You don’t predict Faith, Faith is a reality, Faith is success, Faith is promotion, Faith is achievement, Faith is God’s door which every Christian must knock at, that will make God to open and say come in and receive your blessing.When a man has no Faith, he can’t subdue any problem, you can’t subdue any Kingdom, you can’t fight a war and survive it because Faith makes God to know that you are a member of His kingdom. People that pleased God included, let me start from Abraham, Abraham was a man of Faith, the Bible made us to know that when God choose him and assured him of His blessings, he never doubted the promises of God, he waited for the fulfillment because the word of God is Patience.Faith is a stamp, Faith is like an indelible mark on a man’s body that cannot be erased because the word of God does not wave, it does not stagger. When God speaks, because He is a God of truth, when you believe it, Faith comes.Faith germinates from believing the word of God. If you don’t believe the word of God you can’t get Faith. When you have Faith your language will change.Faith is what made Jacob to be blessed.The man who has Faith will have boldness to stay in any circumstances.Faith will make the people who have it to overcome or subdue or have dominion or to be on top of that situation.Faith is something that brings good result, it promotes.Let me give an example, when you look at the life of Sampson in the book of Judges, Samson and the mother were traveling, suddenly a Lion came and roar before them, and because Samson had Faith in God he confronted and tore the Lion. A man who has Faith does not shy away from any circumstances, all that he professes in his heart is that ‘It is well’, that is Faith.When you study the life of Moses, it was characterized by Faith, as written in the book of Hebrews 11:23 “By Faith Moses, when he was born, was hid Three months of his parents, because they saw he was a proper child, and they were not afraid of the king’s commandment”, It was Faith that made Pharaoh not to adopt Moses. Moses had Faith, he told himself that he was not a member of Pharaoh’s descendants because he was not an Egyptian. When a man has Faith he will discover original life, position and place. That is why when a man has Faith God will speak to him like when He instructs men of God, and say ‘Go to Warri’, without the Minister knowing or having anyone there, he will go there, when he gets there, he will live there and subdue the place and get blessed and he will bring forth good result for God. When God tells a man, ‘Go to Port Harcourt’, the Man will go there without having any brother or sister in the new location when he has Faith. That is why I said earlier that Faith is the key of Life, when you have Faith it can open any door, let me repeat it, when you have Faith it can open any door, your Faith in God can eliminate any circumstances.Moses, having Faith in God as outlined in the book of Hebrews 11:23, never agreed that he was an Egyptian, even after being raised in the palace of king Pharaoh, Faith made him to know where he came from.When you have Faith you do things that are righteous, you do things that are good, people that have Faith do not practice evil. When a man has Faith you will discover that he is a blessing to humanity, he delights in solving people’s problems like a Medical Doctor.Joseph was a man of Faith, Isaac was a man of Faith, Rehab the harlot was a woman of Faith.When you have Faith you take risk like Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego. If you don’t have Faith you can’t take risk for God, people that have Faith take risks for God. We have men like, Late Arch Bishop Benson Idahosa, Oral Roberts and Bishop David Oyedepo, who does not look into the hand of people. When you have Faith you become independent, depending solely on the word of God, that is where Trust come.So, if you don’t have Faith you cannot do the will of God. When any circumstances comes it is only the people who have Faith that can withstand such situation.

When you have the Spirit of Faith you will have a reward and the reward will be so pronounced, you will be different from other people and your work will be meaningful, that is what the book of James 2:14 says. For if you as a Christian don’t have Faith you can’t serve God, you can’t prove God, it’s only the people who have Faith that proves God, because Faith is something that you cannot handle but you are already testifying that it is with you and you will be able to prove it before everyone.

What I want everyone to understand is that Faith without work is dead. For you to get the detailed analysis about Faith, read the book of James 2:14-26, which says “What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath Faith, and have not works? Can Faith save him? If a brother or sister be naked and destitute of daily food, And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled, not withstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body, what doth it profit?Even so Faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. Yea, a man say, Thou hast Faith, and I have works: shew me thy Faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my Faith by my works. Thou believest that there is one God, thou doest well : the devils also believe, and tremble. But wilt thou know, O vain man, that Faith without works is dead? Was not Abraham our Father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar? Seest thou how Faith wrought with his works, and by works was Faith made perfect?

And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness : and he was called the Friend of God.

Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by Faith only. Likewise also was not Rehab, the harlot justified by works, when she had received the messengers, and had sent them out another way?For as the body without the Spirit is dead, so Faith without works is dead also”.

This is the message of Faith, I want everyone to understand that any Faith which is not committed to doing good is not a genuine Faith.Faith that does good, Faith that saves people, Faith that solves peoples problems, Faith that makes people not to agree on any tradition that is not of God, that is the real Faith.So the book of James 2:14-26, as outlined above on Faith, is what every believer need.

Jesus died and resurrected, I was not there, but now that I have Faith and believe in His word, Jesus is alive and He is with me here, that is Faith.Jesus said ‘Don’t do this’, you obey, that is Faith. Jesus was doing good and healing people everywhere he went and God was with Him, that is Faith.I urge every Christian to always read the book of James 2:14-26, Faith works, Faith does not stay alone, Faith moves man forward, Faith solve problems, when you have Faith in the word God it cures so many sicknesses and diseases. That is why the book of Mark 16:17-18 says “And these signs shall follow them that belittling, In my name shall they cast out devils, they shall speak with new tongues, They shall take up serpents, and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them, They shall be lays hands on the sick, and they shall recover”.

It is Faith that makes a believer to pray for a sick person to receive healing. If you don’t have Faith any sickness that they bring before you, such Faithless person will never be a solution to those sicknesses.Anointing germinates inside Faith. I earlier told you that Believe brings out Faith in the word of God, while Faith brings forth Good Results from the word of God. That is why when you have Faith you lay hand on the sick and he shall recover. That is why, when you have Faith, if they give you poison it will not hurt you. Through Faith you will cast out devil in His name.

Faith is a Weapon which every believer need to have, not only the Pastors or Deacons, but every believer and Born Again Christians must live on Faith. Just like Peter and John, when they were going to the temple through the Beautiful Gate, where they met a crippled man at the gate begging for money, the physically challenged man requested for money and not for healing. That is why, when you have Faith, you also carry Wisdom along, the crippled man was not having wisdom, he never requested for a good thing instead he wanted to remain a beggar, but the men of God that carried Faith, Peter and John, told him that what he needed was healing and not money, and they being filled with the Holy Spirit commanded him to rise up and walk, so that he will no more be a beggar, so that he can get appointment, so that he can go to the farm to work and feed his family, so that he can worship the Almighty God that healed him.

When a person don’t have Faith he behaves stupidly and takes wrong decisions.That is why, Men that have Faith are solutions to problems, like Late Bishop Benson Idahosa, Oral Roberts, Bishop David Oyedepo, Bishop Gila, Prophet T. B. Joshua and Apostle Johnson Suleiman.When a man is filled with Faith, he will remove ignorance from the lives of the people and become a problem solver.

Conclusively, it is good for Christians to have Faith in God, because the word of God is Life, it’s a Ladder and those that believes in it, use it to climb to the top and reign for God. God And Man

I want to teach on the message titled “God And Man”. God call us my Son, this word of God is taken from the book of Proverbs 4:20, which says “My Son, attend to my words, incline thine ear unto my sayings”. Solomon was the son of David and David gave Solomon an instruction concerning God, who God is and how he can survive, emphasizing that what will make him to reign as an excellent king is when God is available to him 24 hours day and night. He instructed him, ‘My Son attend to my word’, it is rather unfortunate that people left the Bible. The Bible is the word of God that will enrich you and make you become somebody on earth, that is why God told Solomon, ‘My word will prosper you’, and further instructed him not to depart from it, saying “This word that I have spoken let your eyes be fixed to it”. The meaning of the eyes in the above instruction is that you should search the scriptures, study what I said, keep them in the midst of your heart, for if you keep it in the midst of your heart, as written in the book of Proverbs 4:21, then the word of God will now prosper you.

People are looking for where there is no God, what will prosper you is the word of God. When you know the word of God, what God said concerning you and you house it in your heart you will prosper. Verse 22 says “For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh”, the passage says that when you carry the word of God and start making use of it in your daily life, one major assurance is that God will give you life, What is the life? The life that carries joy, the life that carries good health. Let me inform you, when you claim to believe in God and you are running after women, sickness will locate you, disgrace will locate you, your strength and true spirit will be adulterated, above all you will be denied of prosperity, but when you put the word of God in your heart into action and live a Christ life you will get good health.

A man that commits fornication and adultery will eat poison, he will fall into the hand of Ogbanje, Olokun and Mamie water, he will run out of money, he will run out of personality, he will run into disgrace, he will not know the time that he will go and start chasing peoples wives. That is why the word of God will tell you what to do and what not to do regarding everything that God forbids.

Verse 23 of Proverbs Chapter 4 says “Keep thy heart with all diligence, for out of it are the issues of life”, the passage says Keep your heart on the word of God, that is why God told Joshua, ‘This word of God meditate on it day and night so that you will have good success, that is what God told Joshua in his calling.

So when you want to have a better understanding of how you can live a comfortable and diligent life, a life that carries respect, a life that is beautiful, a life that will yield you wisdom and a life that will make you productive in the things of God, you must be someone who search the scriptures and practice the word of God. Verse 24 of the same Chapter says “Put away from thee a froward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee”. God is telling you that you should not speak the language of evil, that you should not talk like the unbelievers, but to always let good words proceed out of your mouth. Verse 25 says “Let thine eyes look right on, and let thine eyelids look straight before thee”, what the verse is saying is that when you see a woman naked or when you see an evil person dressed criminally, you don’t need to look at such things, instead let your eyes look right on, the right on there means Wisdom, because Wisdom is by the right. Look at the word of God and meditate upon what the word says, While in Verse 26, it says “Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established”, there is a way, there is a path, there is an outing a Christian need to attend, we don’t need to see a Native doctor celebrating his birthday and a Christian will go for such occasion, No, the journey you embark upon should be a journey that is clean. Let all thy ways be established, you must do things the way that God needs us to do it.Verse 27 says “Turn not to the right hand nor to the left : remove thy foot from evil”, this place is telling us that as Christians we must not aide evil and must not work in evil.

According to the book of Proverbs 4:9, if you obey the word of God and live by it, it will bring an ornament of grace upon your head and you will get a crown of glory. Those who serve God righteously will live a decent life, they will have a decent mouth, a decent tongue, everything you do will always be beautiful and you will have a reward.

When God was with Solomon, during the visit of Queen Sheba, she was marveled at how King Solomon constructed his buildings and everything within the environment looked so beautiful and captivating, She told the people that were with King Solomon that God was with Solomon, that they don’t know what they are enjoying.

If you are a Christian your talk, your doings, the car you drive, God will affect it, the food you eat and anything that you are involved in, you will see the beauty of God in it. That is why you have to examine yourself and go to the area where you can get the glory of God. When the glory of God was with Moses, when he came down from the mountain where he went for his forty days fasting and prayer, the people that were there saw the glory of God around him.

Today, how many of us who professes that we are Christians can people look upon and see the glory, the presence and the goodness of God in their lives?

Again, the response of some so called Christians to questions which they are being asked is quite unfortunate. Any Christian who responds that ‘We are managing’, when asked ‘How are you?’, is not speaking the language of God, such response is the language of an unbeliever and a language of Satan.

Any person that follows God must lead a decent and beautiful life. So I want to use this medium to enjoin all Christians that we need to make our hands clean, so that the Wisdom of God will come upon our lives, that is the truth, we need to depend on God, we need to follow God, we need to know that God is our source. Many people do not allow the word of God to exalt them, many people do not carry God in their hearts, but they carry money in their hearts, they carry unbelieve in their hearts, which is not supposed to be because the Bible says that Wisdom is the Principal thing. What is Wisdom? Wisdom is the word of God, because the word of God does not fail, the word of God is Spiritual and Physical.

This is why I want to let everyone know this week that we need to attend to the will of God so that we can prosper. Knowing that for you to prosper as an individual is in the word of God.

That is why God is telling us to exalt her, I urge you to study the word of God house it in your heart and love it.Many people don’t have love for the word of God. I want you to get this clear that when you love God you practice what is good and run away from evil.

Imagine a situation where people wake up and begin to talk of Nigeria being Jaga Jaga, what you are seeing in Nigeria did not start today, it has been there for a very long time, so it is in some other countries of the world. Evil have been there right from onset, but for those of us who follow God, we will enjoy the presence of God, for God has assured His children that when things are hard and difficult they will be rejoicing, because God is there to make a way where there is no way for us.

So let us build our Faith on the word of God, the word of God is there waiting for you to use, when you use it, you will have a comfortable life.This is why I want everyone to know that every believer has a reward, because God is not selfish. Please do not follow the world, your automobile car is not an achievement, the house you built is not an achievement, but Jesus Christ is your achievement.

Personally, my achievement is the Cross of Calvary, my qualification is the Cross of Calvary, my qualification is the Lamb of God that takes away the sins of the world, my qualification is that God have dealt with Satan and put Satan under my feet. Some people do not see God as Over comer, they don’t see God as He has done it for us. You need to understand that God has already fought the battle for us and now is the time for us all to enjoy the euphoria of the victory.

I want to bless God for your life and to let you know that God charged us to attend to His word, because the word of God will prosper you, the word of God will cleanse you, the word of God will make you to be a wise man, woman, boy or girl, this is what happened to Timothy.Please I want to use this medium to urge the Pastors to spend quality time in teaching their congregation.

The Sunday School should not be given to an unbeliever, people who live outside righteousness to handle, You need to spend quality time during the Sunday School at least One hour in teaching them the Bible, while the message should take at least Thirty minutes, so that the people will understand and know who God is.

Many people do not know the capacity of God, the greatness of God, the power of God, the God that divided the red sea, the God that makes the dry bones to come back to life.

Almighty God is our hope, He changes time and season, He gave names to people, He breathes life on people, some persons don’t know that God can breathe on them. When you read the book of St. John 20:21, God breathed on the disciples. God can breathe on you and the dry bones in your life will disappear.

I enjoin everyone to allow God the opportunity to breathe on them, because when God breathes on you, your life will begin to flourish and bear fruit according to His word. God wants to see you prosper exceedingly. God wants us to sell His name to the unbelievers so that they can come and join us to drink the living water. Calvary greetings to everyone in Jesus Christ Mighty Name, Amen.I want to teach on the message titled “Because I Follow The Things That Good Is”. The topic is taken from the book of Psalms 38:20b, which says “Because I follow the thing that good is”.

When you follow the things that are good your life will not grow mucus instead your life will be bright. You can’t find God in bad things you find God in good things, that is why the book of Acts 10:38 says that the ministry of Jesus Christ is the ministry of doing good, healing people and God was with him. So when you look at who God is, God is a God that loves what is good because God does not spoil things. He is a judge he does not ruin things, that is why the quotation in the book of Psalms 38:20-22 says “They also that render evil for good are mine adversaries, because I follow the thing that good is. Forsake me not, O Lord, O my God, be not far from me. Make haste to help me, O Lord my salvation”. God is a God that can help me and you, many Christians don’t know that when you start practicing what is good then God will fight your adversaries.

Who are your adversaries? They are enemies from your home, enemies in the street, enemies in the church, enemies in your calling, enemies in your finance, enemies in your good health, enemies that are not of God, they hate God. That is why the book of Psalms 2:1 says “Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? Verse 4 says “He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh : the Lord shall have them in derision”.David the Psalmist said ‘Be not far from me O Lord’, if you love good things God will be closer to you everyday of your life under the sun under the moon. Many people don’t practice what is good, that is why you need to read the Bible and know whom God is. The Psalmist said, ‘make haste to help me O Lord my Salvation’.

God is our Salvation, that is why once you are a child of God you will not be like Cain. Many people today, do not live the way they ought to live to please Christ Jesus. First John 3:12-13 says “Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother’s righteous. Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate you”.

Once you are a man that lives a righteous life you will be at the side of Abel, you think what is good towards your brethren, that is why we have fake Pastors who wake up to criticize people that are living a righteous life, that is why you see Pastors who are wizards who are not called by God, they have the Synagogue of Satan operating, everyday they talk of money, money, money, they don’t act as good disciples to their congregation, they don’t teach the people the word of God, they are after mansion and there is no Holy Spirit in them, they are Synagogue of Satan, the church of the wicked one, which is the church of Cain. But the church of Abel, practice good things and once you are living a righteous life the world will hate you, they will give you names that is not yours, that is why the book of Matthew 11:6 says “And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me”. The calling of God does not permit you to give account to a man, Prophet Joseph Igbodo will not give his account to any Pastor or to any Bishop, Prophet or any man. I give my account to Jesus Christ because I was called by God.

When you look at the life many people are living today, they are living the life of Cain. In Genesis 4:4-7, you will see that the life of Cain was devilish, today people are after mansion, they do not preach the word of God as expected. Nobody is saying that it is wrong to build a house, but after building the house and the congregation that fellowship in it doesn’t know the word of God, it means that you don’t have any house for God. That is why today, you see people using ‘ogbanje spirit’ to operate the church, it will not work. The book of Genesis 4:4-7 says “And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the Lord had respect unto Abel and to his offering. But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell. And the Lord said unto Cain, why art thou wroth? And why is thy countenance fallen? If thou doest well, shall thou not be accepted? And if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him”.

When believers and Pastors are not doing well they talk of other people, they give other people wrong names. Cain, is not happy to see that God loved Abel more than him, Abel took the best for God while Cain, took the wrong for God, and God choose the best from the two.

A righteous man is a member of Abraham’s family, let me emphasize on it, A man who leads a righteous life, that choose good things and follow good things in his daily life is Born Again, such a man is having the character of Jesus Christ, he is a product of the Holy Spirit. But any man that is so concerned about his personal benefits and that of his children while members of his congregation are not progressing because he didn’t teach them the word of God and himself do not have the Holy Spirit, that is the Synagogue of Satan.

That is why I urge everyone to examine themselves, look at your life as an individual whether you have the character of Jesus Christ.Today many churches are filled with unbelievers, Deacons that commit fornication, Deacons that are into occultism, Deacons that are into money rituals, Deacons that carry Satan in their heart, they are the ones who seat at the front rows in the church, being involved in such vices never enhance the growth of the Church. Having a state of the arts building is not the growth of the church but when you are able to teach them properly to adhere strictly to the word of God you will win their hearts to God, the stony heart is broken, you remove and cleanse them with the word of God, the same spiritual tool which you will use to evacuate them from dry bones, having such in place means you have a Ministry.

Many Pastors today are dirty, they are fornicators, many of them are possessed with lying spirit, immoralities and drunkenness, that is the major reason why there is no growth in the church.

When you look at the book of Jude 1:11, it reads “Woe unto them! For they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balsam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core”. Many Christians today are like Cain, they are greedy after error, that is when they see wrong things and embrace it, they are like Balaam who is looking for money tasking people, bringing Cooperative, Esusu thrift contribution into the Church and borrowing money in the church, they contravene what is written in the book of Deuteronomy 28:12 which says “The Lord shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand, and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow”, but some Pastors are telling people to borrow. Presently, there are fake Pastors and fake believers everywhere paving way for the devil to have succeeded in bringing Esusu thrift contribution into the Church, alongside demonic fashion wares which some women and ladies wear to church exposing their nakedness.

Holy Spirit cannot dwell in a place where there is no love, where there is no truth and where the word of God is not the Foundation.Please I implore everyone to go back and have a rethink and bring the word of God to the Church.

The choir/music department is dirty, some of those who sing praises are into yahoo yahoo, they are thieves, some of them are witches and wizards. How can you use witches and wizards to preach the gospel? The witches and wizards in the church are enemies of the gospel because the Bible says ‘Suffer not the witch to live’, and I want to inform you that today people are worshipping money, there is love of money in the church, people preach money, the gospel of Jesus Christ is Salvation and not Money.

Cain, did not receive salvation because he was a greedy person, many Pastors are poor today because they are greedy, Balaam was a greedy man, Core was an enemy of righteousness, they all perished.Please let the church repent for if they don’t repent they will go to hell.It is quite unfortunate that many churches today have no miracle and signs and wonders because they have derailed from the laid down instructions of God. So let the Men of God go back to the truth and to the love of God. I enjoin everyone to give their lives completely to Jesus Christ so that your lives will bear fruit because you are called to bear fruit, according to the book of St. John 15:16 which says “Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain : that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it to you“.

Yuletide: Nwaonicha congratulates Okowa, Deltans

A Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP and Executive Assistant to the governor of Delta State, on Special Duties, Dr Chukwuma O. Nwaonicha, has congratulated Governor Ifeanyi Okowa and Deltans in general as Christians all over the world celebrated Christmas on December 25.

Nwaonicha in his season greetings thanked the Almighty God for the gift of life and the great privilege to be part of this year’s Christmas celebration.

Nwaonicha stated, ” My family and I, heartily congratulate our dear and result oriented leader , Senator Dr Ifeanyi Okowa, the executive governor of Delta State and Deltans in general on the annual celebration of the birth of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ(Christmas).We also wish Governor Okowa and Deltans a prosperous new year in advance.

We are happy and grateful to the Almighty God for his grace, mercy and unending love which has kept and sustained us till this moment.

Christmas is the time for us to show love to one another. As Christians, we should exhibit the true character of Jesus Christ, particularly at this season. Peace, understanding and tolerance should be our watchword. This is also a period of sober reflection as the world is still ravaged by Corona Virus Pandemic. Therefore, let us use this period to draw close to the Almighty God and pray fervently for our country, Nigeria and the world at large. We have no other country that we call our own except Nigeria. We should continue to pray for it and work hard towards its growth and development.
