Ika Children in Diaspora re-elects Joseph Ihienkaonye as Chairman

An apex social group, Ika Children in Diaspora, has re- elected, Comrade Joseph Ihienkaonye as its Chairman. The election was done recently at Agbor. With the re-election, Ihienkaonye is going to serve as the leader of the group for another term of two years.

Members of the new executive are: Comrade Joseph Ihenokonye(President), Ikonyi Onyema C.Y(Vice-President),Bethel Ihienkaonye (Secretary), Chukwuma Friday(Treasurer), Mr Isoko Isioma (Media and Publicity Secretary),Irabor Miracle (Public Relations Officer), Oyanne Flight and Sir Theo(Elder).

In his acceptance speech, Comrade Joseph Ihienkaonye thanked his members for finding him fit to serve them a second time. He promised to move the group to a greater height. He declared that the growth and development of Ika Land will remain a top priority to them.
